About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handling all corporate law and secretarial-related matters including holding meetings, drafting of agenda, notices, and minutes of the board, and annual/extraordinary general meeting
2. Liaisoning with various statutory authorities i.e., ROC, stock exchanges, Reserve Bank of India, authorized dealers, R&T agents, and depositories
3. Working on the filling of returns and related documents with the MCA, RBI, depositories, etc, and maintenance of the statutory register
4. Staying responsible for all corporate actions relating to the issue of shares/NCDs,/transfer of shares, etc.
5. Preparing and maintaining the minute's book and various other statutory registers of companies
6. Developing content for alerts and publications and knowledge centers for the firm
7. Working as a team with other departments in the firm for various structuring engagements and advisory services
