About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Draft, review, and revise a wide range of legal documents for staff attorneys and produce retainer agreements, contact letters, and various publications and handouts for clients
2. Conduct legal research regarding family, civil, and property issues and perform client intake and client interviews
3. Create and manage client database to ensure timely case completion and prepare motions and interrogatories
