Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting extensive research related to laws and developments of our subjected properties
2. Reviewing various legal documents and aligning them as per need
3. Researching various compliance legislations and policies
4. Updating current company policies with regards to the property following current legislations
5. Analysing various requests for proposals (RFPs) and preparing a summary of the RFP highlighting the key information
6. Preparing a checklist of the documents and information required to appropriately respond to them
8. Working in close coordination with legal and liaison departments
9. Documenting, segregating, and filing all documents related to our projects and properties

Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 20th Feb'21 and 27th Mar'21
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements
1. Must have excellent knowledge of MS Office
2. Must have an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in law
3. Must like to work with the real-estate law
4. Must have a two-wheeler
5. Must know to read and write in the Kannada language
Perks
Additional Information
1. The stipend is Rs.10,000 and the intern will get a letter of appreciation and internship completion certificate
2. The work timings are from 9.00 am - 6.00 pm from Monday to Friday and from 9.30 am to 1.30 pm on Saturday
