Since 2016 we have been providing legal assistance and representation before NCLT & NCLAT related to Companies Act and Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code. N & A has offices at New Delhi, Lucknow, Roorkee, Patna, Jaipur, Sonipat, Deoghar & Dumka. Out of 10 partners, one partner is a qualified Insolvency Professional registered with IBBI.
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Drafting of the petition to be filed before Hon'ble NCLT/NCLAT
2. Assisting Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process
3. Appearing before Hon'ble NCLT/ NCLAT

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 3 to 10 Lac/annum
