About Precily

Precily is an artificial intelligence platform for enterprises that increase the efficiency of the workforce by providing AI-based solutions. We provide services that include automatic summarization, shortening a business document, creating a summary of the major points of the original document. AI can make a coherent summary taking into account variables such as length, writing style, and syntax. We're also working in the legal domain to reduce the high number of pending cases in India. We use artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities such as NLP and neural networks in processing the data to provide solutions for various industries such as enterprise, healthcare, legal, etc.

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work in coordination with the team, which strategizes the development of different products
2. Work on helping in the product development team in the day to day requirements from the legal perspective, this may include undertaking legal research and providing the inputs from the legal perspective
3. Work on taking lead in the data annotation required by the product development team in order to give input data to the product development team
4. Work on the analysis of the case laws and preparation of the summaries to be used by the product development team

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 4th Aug'20 and 8th Sep'20

3. are available for duration of 3 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Candidate must have cleared CA inter-level or must be a CA aspirant looking for articleship

2. Candidate must have a working knowledge of tax law including direct tax and indirect tax

3. Candidate must have a background of working in income tax laws, as demonstrated by practical experience in the field

4. Candidate must stay current on trends in income tax laws and well conversed with various provisions of the tax laws

5. Candidate must have experience in preparing legal research papers or articles related to law, majorly tax
