About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Drafting and vetting of general corporate contracts, technology contracts, NDA, etc.
2. Handling registration of trademarks, replies to examinations reports, opposition, etc.
3. Handling the due diligence of companies for investment transactions
4. Working on corporate compliance management
