About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Drafting and reviewing documents
2. Preparing research notes on cases and reporting to the manager as required
3. Creating legal contract structures for the employees
4. Conducting extensive research relating to laws and developments in the industry (legal and general)
5. Reviewing various legal documents
6. Researching various compliance legislations and policies
7. Updating current company policies as per current legislation
8. Analyzing various request for proposals (RFPs) and preparing a summary of the RFP highlighting the key information
9. Preparing a checklist of the documents and information required to appropriately respond to the RFPs

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 3rd Mar'21 and 7th Apr'21
3. are available for duration of 6 months
