About Empliance Information Services India LLP
Empliance is a compliance management and monitoring firm that helps report, monitor, manage & enhance third-party relationships. We create a compliance and governance driven structure to help businesses curb legal, statutory, and reputational risk arising on account of non-compliance.
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting compliance and statutory audit through primary and secondary research and data gathering
2. Analyzing compliance risk and ordinance for clients business partners
3. Evaluating business background by conducting background compliance due diligence
4. Working on client mandates and ensuring timely delivery and maintain the delivery timeline
5. Ensuring that all documents meet the required standards & conducting quality control reviews
6. Preparing due diligence and audit reports meeting entity standards
7. Coordinating with other team members to enhance process flow and quick assessment delivery
8. Performing compliance research, risk analysis, and threat environment reporting, as directed.
9. Overviewing of governance, risk, and compliance
10. Performing other assigned tasks throughout the tenure
11. Creating content for marketing and business activities (social media marketing)
Other requirements:
1. Candidates should have no objections in travelling PAN India locations (at entity expense)
2. Candidates with sound knowledge of the environment, labour and establishment laws
3. Candidates with the sound acumen to understand industry and state-specific compliance and laws applicable
4. Candidates should be a good orator or communicator of the English language (preferably).
