Job Description

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Prepare basic drafts of legal letters, reply, rejoinder, notices, agreements, etc. and monitor legal obligations under contracts and agreements
2. Carry out legal research and analysis, identify important issues and apprise the legal head of emerging legal trends from court decisions, etc.
3. Maintain a database of the status of all court matters involving the organization
4. Attend legal proceedings in the court of law, if required
5. Co-ordinate with various departments of the organization
