About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Drafting legal documents and filing legal cases
2. Preparing contracts with external stakeholders
3. Supporting in the research of different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
4. Providing support for contractual and legal evaluation of RFP documents, tender inquiries, and other legal terms and conditions
5. Working closely with different business units to provide necessary clarifications on legal specifications
6. Preparing monthly/quarterly/yearly compliances and submissions relating to legal matters/progress report
