L&D MANAGER
Ahmedabad | Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Understand organization’s business goals and align training program with the organizational development needs.
- Identifying and assessing current and future training needs to achieve organization goals.
- Work with functional leaders to create a detailed understanding of training subjects and processes and accordingly create training plans, develop training modules and facilitate training for internal talents.
- Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.
- Implement effective and purposeful training methods.
- Conceptualize, manage & overlook internal training interventions and the ones that are outsourced to external training partners
- Making sure that training programs meet company policies, security & audit guidelines.
- Effectively communicate with team members, trainers and management.
- Create a training budget and keep operations within budget
- Monitor, evaluate and analyze training effectiveness, ROI, business impact and the practical, on-the-job application of delivered learning programs
- Design activities and analyze ROE to engage employees with the practice and application of acquired skills and knowledge
- Monitor training satisfaction surveys to improvise training material to support business goals
- Continually research methods and techniques in workplace training and remain up to date on developments within the industry and competitors
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
Skills Required:
- Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar
- Proven work experience in designing, developing and implementing training strategies and plans
- Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.
- Proven experience in handling inhouse training and vendors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, leadership and organizational skills.
- Business Acumen for budgeting and decision making
