L&D MANAGER
Ahmedabad   |   Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Understand organization’s business goals and align training program with the organizational development needs.
  • Identifying and assessing current and future training needs to achieve organization goals.
  • Work with functional leaders to create a detailed understanding of training subjects and processes and accordingly create training plans, develop training modules and facilitate training for internal talents.
  • Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.
  • Implement effective and purposeful training methods.
  • Conceptualize, manage & overlook internal training interventions and the ones that are outsourced to external training partners
  • Making sure that training programs meet company policies, security & audit guidelines. 
  • Effectively communicate with team members, trainers and management.
  • Create a training budget and keep operations within budget
  • Monitor, evaluate and analyze training effectiveness, ROI, business impact and the practical, on-the-job application of delivered learning programs
  • Design activities and analyze ROE to engage employees with the practice and application of acquired skills and knowledge
  • Monitor training satisfaction surveys to improvise training material to support business goals
  • Continually research methods and techniques in workplace training and remain up to date on developments within the industry and competitors
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
 

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar
  • Proven work experience in designing, developing and implementing training strategies and plans
  • Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.
  • Proven experience in handling inhouse training and vendors.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, leadership and organizational skills.
  • Business Acumen for budgeting and decision making
