Job Description
- Plan the Staffing Budget and Recruitment with support of HR team as per Branch Wise.
- Ensure Pre & Post-Training and Development for Bedside Staff and also responsible to Evaluate Staff Performance.
- Ensure team follows SOP, other Bedside Care Policies, Procedures and Protocols.
- Ensure complete assessment is done as per standards before deployment of caregiver. If required should visit patients house personally for the same.
- Ensure post-deployment follow-ups and regular checks are conducted at caregiver’s site.
- Monitor caregiver on bench and work closely with lead generation team to generate leads for deployments.
- Ensuring all Caregivers is being connected to their supervisors for regular updates.
- Work closely with Quality team to ensure standards are followed and maintained.
- Collaborate with Bedside staff, senior management and internal-external agencies for all Bedside related activities.
- Facilitate meetings with medical & non- medical staffs from other departments and maintain the inter-personnel relationship.
- Conduct regular awareness programs and engagement activities for caregivers.
- Timely reviewing the supervisors and staffs to ensure staffs are properly following rosters and attending to services and escalations are handled within TAT.
- Responsible to audit Bedside procedures, staff activities attendance and leave, also conduct surprise audits in-house & hostels and at patient’s location.
- Also, conduct assessments of patients and review caregivers performance as and when required.
- Finding out the problem areas and discussing them within teams clinically.
- Skills and Competencies
- Strong Leadership skills, able to handle a team of supervisors and good customer relationship.
- Should be able to connect with fresher Caregivers, support them and guide them.
- Should be strong in association with people from cross-cultural and different states.
- Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of medical equipment and instruments, pref with latest technology updates is added advantage.
- Strong Industry connects.
- Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe working environment.
- Skilled in identifying problems and recommending a solution.
- Skilled in preparing and maintaining records and writing reports, and responding to correspondence.
- Skilled in developing and maintaining department quality assurance.
- Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with medical staff, staff members and patients.
- Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
- Preferable knowledge of home care services principles and practices, with particular reference to elderly care.
LANGUAGES KNOWN
- Should know English and Hindi and strong command over the local language.
