BHEL invites applications for 04 posts of Lead Consultants in the area of Project management for its Power Sector Regions & Head Quarters.
Experience:The applicant should have work experience of more than 30 years in the field of Project Management, Project Execution & Trouble shooting in Thermal Power Projects.

Age (as on 01st January, 2020): The applicant should not be more than 63 years and 6 months of age.
Qualification: Bachelor/Master degree in any engineering discipline. Private Sector mentioned above is company where the annual turnover is Rs 10,000 crore or more (Avg. audited annual turnover of last three financial year).
Experience:The applicant should have work experience of more than 30 years in the field of Project Management, Project Execution & Trouble shooting in Thermal Power Projects.
Applicant should have at least 5 years’ experience in the above areas in execution of
500 MW or Higher rating thermal projects on EPC basis.
Out of 30 years’ experience, last 05 years should be as in-charge or group head or team
leader of Project management, Project execution team associated with execution of
660MW or higher rating Super Critical sets for thermal projects on EPC basis.
Selection Process:The applications, received against the advertisement, will be scrutinized by a committee and the shortlisted candidates may be then called for an interaction, if required, by a duly
constituted Selection Board.
Emoluments: The Lead Consultants will be paid a consolidated fee of Rs. 100000/- per month. In addition to the monthly compensation, reimbursement of mobile phone charges, Company transport for official use, HRA/ Company accommodation etc. shall also be admissible as per the laid down guidelines.

Anticipating the country’s requirement BHEL decided to set up a new plant, which would manufacture power and other types of transformers in addition to the capacity available in BHEL Bhopal. The Bhopal plant was engaged in manufacturing transformers of large ratings and Jhansi unit would concentrate on power transformer upto 50 MVA, 132 KV class and other transformers like Instrument Transformers, Traction transformers for railway etc.
