Understand UML Design and review the design.
Track if the design meets requirement.
Will have to review own code/Team member code.
Debug bugs and fix the issue.
Leadership skill and mentoring skills

Preferred skills:

Basic UML Design.
Expertise in MAC Objective C Coding.
Familiar with X-code Instruments to check leaks and performance bottlenecks.
Should have done code reviews.
Must know debugging techniques.
Should be Familiar with Auto layouts.
