Farmer Segmentation
- WOM Influencers & Multipliers :- Further within this Segment :-
  - Define next Level Scope
  - Understand Behaviour (Innovation Curve) & Customer Decision Journey (AEPL) and other significant parameters
  - Creating Segment/Cluster Personas
- Big Farmers :- Further within this Segment :-
  - Define Scope
  - Understand Behaviour (Innovation Curve) & Customer Decision Journey (AEPL) and other significant parameters
  - Creating Personas
- Leads/Inside Sales :-
  - Define Scope
  - To Profile the Leads Received
Evaluate Effectiveness & Improve or Launch New Farmer Engagement , Service & Program Design on above Segments
- To differentially engage & Communicate Value
- Evaluate Current & Design New Program
- To Enhance Reach with more Fellow Farmers
- To Effectively Engage to get more Promoter Score
- Delivers Ha Share gains @ Farmer/Village level
Systems for Feedback Surveys with Farmer Panel on
- Product Positioning , Benefits , Needs
- Crop/Pest Trends Shifts Issues
- Ag Industry etc.
- Farm Digitization & Mechanization

Qualifications

Bachelors/Masters degree in Agriculture
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Agronomy/markets
Experience with Crop Protection an advantage
Understanding of agronomy and modern crop production;
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to negotiate and build relationships with a diverse range of people
Good communication skills.
Ability to train others in use of products and techniques.
Self-motivated and highly results orientated, but also a team player.
Customer focused with the ability and interpersonal skill to quickly build credible relationships with customers.
