Role Overview:

• One of the most important role in the organization is of a Customer Support Executive will interact with all our customers through calls, emails, chat and ensure that all the customer’s queries are addressed in time.

• Lead generation through calls and emails
  
• Come up with catchy email subject lines and content to ensure high email opening rates
  
• Address all customer queries related to our website, portal, our features, investment related queries etc.
  
• Address and reply to queries, comments and feedbacks on all our social media pages and Google Play store.
  
• Must be customer-focused, and willing to do whatever it takes to resolve customer issue. 
  
• Willing to work in shifts.
  
• Strong customer interaction skills and ability to work in a variety of customer situations. 
  
• Ability to solve complex problems quickly, inventively and resourcefully. 
  
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  
• Work closely with the operation and technical team to resolve investment or technical related queries.
  

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skill is our top priority
  
• Strong presence of mind to handle difficult queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution 
  
• Should be able to communicate about the product features in a way that is easy to understand 
  
• Full-time availability- this includes EVENINGS AND Saturdays
  
• Ability to work efficiently in a team role, take direction, and feel comfortable asking questions and asking for help when needed.
