Responsibilities and Duties

• Generate sales leads (lead generation)
• Manage inbound/outbound calls
• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Meet customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Previous experience in a customer support role with at least 6 months to 1-year experience in an International voice-based call center
• Candidates with experience in collections, lead generation & up-selling services will have an advantage
• Excellent communication & verbal skills and a brilliant attitude
• Qualifications-12th Pass (HSE) Any Graduate
