on phone calls (both inbound and outbound) in a timely manner and
- follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
- Should have best communication skills in languages.
- Should be comfortable in speaking and understanding English Language
- Proactive, obedient, hardworking, sincere and go getter attitude.
- Team Player
- Fixing an Appointments & Passing lead to Sales team for closure
- Maintaining all Data Records.
- Convincing skills & Good phone Etiquette.
- Ready to work under pressure.
- Candidate should have never give up attitude & Target oriented, Proactive, Good, Energy, coordinating with sales team.
- Candidates with language proficiency will be preferred(English, Hindi)
- Follow up with existing Clients over phone
