Job Description
- Role: Receiving & routing client calls.
- Repetitive follow up with existing leads.
- Conducting regular customer feedback calls.
- Raising tickets for customer issues.
- Maintaining records of all outgoing and incoming calls.
- Timely follow up with clients for scheduling appointments.
- Handling various administrative tasks at the branch.
- Candidate should be open to receiving calls throughout the day and on holidays, however, office timings are defined to normal working hours.
- Official Mobile, Sim Card and communication allowance will be provided in addition to the compensation.
- Excellent communication & convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel & Google sheets
- Basic coordination & time management skills
- Experience in handling administration will be preferred
