Job Description
What do you do?
Understand clients needs and act professionally to provide information about products and services,
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on clients requests.
- Refer unresolved client grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Three major Criteria's:
- Speech clarity, voice clarity, good pronunciation.
- Good spoken as well as written Grammar (Conversation Flow and sentence construction)
- Reading, comprehension and responding skills.
