Responsibilities:

• Work on a project team to develop a cloud based ERP system
  
• Participate in full development lifecycle - given system requirements, develop end-to-end solutions, including: design, development, testing, deployment and support
  
• Develop responsive front-end interfaces, using modern web standards with a focus on usability and access from multiple platforms and devices
  
• Architect and develop back-end server side components, including configuration and deployment on server platforms
  
• Review team members’ code and provide constructive feedback
  
• Given target dates and scope of work, ability to manage your workload to meet the goals provided
  
• Ability to break down modules to smaller workable components.
  
• Debugging & Troubleshooting
  
• Optimize and Improve existing systems through ongoing enhancement projects
  
• Perform code reviews for members in the team
  
• Maintain Quality of work
  
• Mentor team members to advance their skillsets
  
• Have daily meetings with the team at headquarters to communicate on the work status, roadblocks etc
  
• Perform peer reviews
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field such as computer science or MIS or relevant experience
  
• 5 years experience building software
  
• 2 years experience leading a software development team
  
• Experience with Agile Development methodologies
  
• Experience working for Clients in US (Preferred *****)
  
• Required Expertise with modern web development techniques & technologies:  JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Bootstrap, knockout.js
  
• Required Expertise with server-side technologies & platforms:  .NET - C#, VB, IIS,WCF, Web API
  
• Required expertise in relational database, MSSQL
  
• Required Expertise in Source Control, GIT
  
• Experience in any or all of the following is a plus:, Reporting Tools (SQL, Telerik), Xamarin, iOS, Android
  
• Strong Communication (understanding & explaining business logic and technical concepts)
  
• Flexibility and resourcefulness in design and development
  
• Candidate must live in Mumbai
