Managing the Tele-collections team for Bkt1 calling and measuring the performance of the Telecallers against the set Targets daily
Ensuring that maximum output is being achieved by allocating the right set of account to the TC unit
Ensuring that the productivity of the team is at the optimum level.
Monitor and achieve collection targets set by the management.
Reviewing delinquent accounts on a regular basis/understanding customer feedback and analyzing potential defaulters.
Ensuring seamless flow of data and capturing right set of trails
Understanding default reasons and reporting any suspected fraud to management.
Review problematic accounts by understanding the issues and provide them better repayment structure.
