Job Description
1. Aide senior leadership for strategy (and/or innovation) deployment, and support day to day business operations, in a most effective, efficient and flawless manner
2. Coordinate communications, schedule meetings, and manage workflows tracking tasks; across teams/functions; & host events
3. Perform customer engagement activities across various phases of sales nurturing funnel, employ communication skills to increase sales and ensure customer delight
4. Perform secretarial duties e.g. taking dictations, transcribing, documentation preparation (Word/PPT/Excel/graphics), documentation management and records-keeping
5. Support internet-based research, report preparation, content development (including speaker presentations and notes) and editorial assistance
6. Support social media management and online marketing content development (in various formats including text, images, audio, videos)
7. Manage confidential information with the utmost care, and provide confidante personal assistance, at all times

The selected candidate(s) may receive a bonus/reward of up to Rs 2000, monthly, on the basis of performance: delivery, discipline, innovation, behaviours, initiative, and alignment.
