Job Description
- The Learner Success Exec is the voice of Fabgrad.
- The learner success exec will act as a companion to the students.
- The primary role of the Learner success exec will be to reaffirm the advantages of using the Fabgrad app and assist the students/parents of students through the journey of purchase, usage to effective app usage and learning.
- Effective of usage of CRM to build a sales funnel.
- Telephonic conversations with Trial users to convert them to customers.
- Counselling and and follow up with both students and their parents.
- Receive reports from Team lead regarding in-active students and following up with them to understand any user related difficulties and apprehensions.
- Good communication skills, Good persuasion skills, Organized (effective tracking and reporting),knowledge of local south Indian languages (at-least one).
- Apart from developing sound professional skills, that will be required for any job that you take up, you can be part of a team that might change the way higher education is viewed in India.
