Job Description
- Partner with the Talent Development Director in the execution of corporate wide talent development programs including career development programs along with implementation and adoption.
- Serve as the system administrator for key talent tools including updates in the tool, periodical reports to the leaders on a regular basis. Ensure 100% adherence to system maintenance.
- Partner with learning and development teams to ensure Individual training plans are created in the relevant tool.
- Measure the outcomes of projects.
- Execute other special projects as assigned.
- You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in managing talent development programs and solutions or in Human Resources.
- You have experience working with a global team.
- You are a Team player – able to partner closely with mix cross-functional remote leaders and establish trust to efficiently promote and execute various training solutions.
- You also enjoy working independently as much as you do in teams and are able to thrive in a global work environment.
- You are good at verbal and written communication.
- Advance Excel/Google Sheets skills including pivot tables, charts, graphs, V-lookup
- Advanced Keynote/Google Slides skills including graphics, charts, graphs
- Extreme attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or related field/experiences
