Job Description
About the internship
Learning and consulting intern will be responsible for supporting client delivery teams. They will be instrumental in data collection, collation, analysis, and preparing MIS and trackers, identify learning needs, create learning content and support delivery, lead post-learning implementations, and deliver exceptional value to the client.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on client-facing, insighting, analysis, and training requirement gathering
2. Creating training collaterals, including module, case studies, role-plays, and exercises
3. Handling the coordination and co-facilitation of meeting and training programs
4. Training the empanelment and trainer database management
5. Supporting on-ground implementation at the client
6. Handling the administrative activities, including analytics and MIS creation, invoice creation and claims management, and payments reconciliation
