About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Providing technical support to learners and stakeholders who report difficulty leveraging the learning management systems
2. Partnering, collaborating, and building strong partnerships with LMS stakeholders to improve the overall LMS user experience by setting standards and best practices
3. Initiating projects and project management and control
4. Ensuring content accuracy and alignment with current business processes, company branding guidelines, procedures, and systems
5. Consulting with the marketing and product teams, as needed, on graphics, visuals, illustrations, and other elements to improve the quality and effectiveness of training and ensure branding consistency
