Lecturer/Assistant Professor

Qualification : i. Good academic record with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade of -13- in the seven point scale with latter graders. 0A.13,C.D. and E&F at the Master's Degree Level in the relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from a foreign University. However, relaxation of 5% marks i.e. from 55% to 50% is allowed for candidates having Ph. D degree and passed their Master Degree prior to 19.09.91. B. Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR for the respective/allied subjects.

Notwithstanding anything contained in (i) and (ii) The Ph.D. degree holders registered prior to UGC Regulation 2009 as per amended UGC Regulation 2016 and so adopted by the University shall be exempted from NET for recruitment subject to the fulfillment of the following conditions: (I) Ph.D. degree of the candidate awarded in regular mode only; (2) Evaluation of the thesis by at least two external examiners; (3) Open Ph.D. viva voce of the candidate had been conducted; (4)Candidate has published two research papers from his/her Ph.D. work out of which at least one must be in a refereed journal; (5) Candidate has made at least two presentations in conference/seminar, based on his/her Ph.D. work (I) to (5) as above are to be certified by the Vice-Chancellor/ Pro-Vice-Chancellor/ Dean of the faculty.

(b) For Assistant Professor in Business Management, as per UGC Regulation 2010.

Essential Qualification:  (a) First Class masters Degree in Business Management/Administration/ in a relevant management related discipline or first class in two year full time PGDM declared equivalent by AIU/ accredited by the AICTE/UGC. OR (b ) First Class graduate and professionally qualified carted Accountant/ Cost and Works Accountant/ Company Secretary of the concerned statutory bodies. II. Desirable:  (a) Teaching, research, industrial and/or professional experience in a reputed . organization; (b) Papers presented at Conferences and/or published in refereed journals. A relaxation of 5% may be provided at the Graduate and Master's level for ti SC/ST/Differently- able (Physically and Visually Handicapped) candidates for the purpose eligibility of educational qualification and for assessing good academic record during dim recruitment to teaching positions. Rounding off of marks to make it to 55% or 5% as the Cal may be through grace mark procedure etc.. by Universities is not permissible for claimir relaxation.

Pay Band : Rs.15,600-39100/-

Fee : The applicants are required to submit the DD of Rs.1000/-(Rupees one thousand) only in any nationalized bank in favour of 'Fakir Mohan University Development Fund-II' and payable at Balasore.
