Lecturer / LDC/Typist recruitment in National Institute for the Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan) on direct recruitment basis
Lecturer in Rehabilitation Psychology
No. of Post : One/ Unreserved
Qualifications : 1. Two year M.Phil in Clinical Psychology or Rehabilitation Psychology from reputed Institutions such as NIMHANS, Bangalore, CIP, Ranchi and NIMH, Secunderabad etc. OR Ph.D in Child/ Experimental/ Community/ Educational Psychology as per the requirement of the particular position available for recruitment. 2. Registered as a professional with MCI/RCI 3. Two years experience of teaching/research in the relevant field.
Scale of Pay : Rs.15600-39100 + Rs.5400 (G.P)
Age : Not exceeding 45 yrs
LDC/Typist
No. of Post : One/ Unreserved
Qualifications : 1.SSLC or equivalent examination 2. Typing lower (30 w.p.m) in English Desirable Experience of typing in Hindi
Scale of Pay : Rs.5200-20200 + Rs.1900 (GP)
Age : 18-28 years
Application Fee : Demand Draft (non-refundable) of Rs.500/- drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of Director, NIEPID should be submitted along with the application. No fee is prescribed for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH category.

Under Department of Disability Affairs, Ministry of Social Justice &
Empowerment, Govt. of India, to serve as a national resource center for
empowerment of persons with Multiple Disabilities such as those with two or more
disabilities in a person. The Disabilities enumerated as per PWD (1995) Act, are
Low Vision, Blindness, Locomotor Disability, Hearing Impairment, Mental
Retardation, Mental Illness, Leprosy Cured Persons and as per The National Trust
(1999) Act, are Cerebral Palsy and Autism.
