Job Description
- Preparing the agreements like development agreement, lease agreement, sale agreement, leave and license agreement, lease agreement, affidavit cum declaration, power of attorney, agreement or work orders of contract with contractors
- Preparing Title certificate, memorandum of understanding, partnership deed, conveyance deed, indemnity bonds, undertakings, transfer deed,
- Preparing legal documents kit of Redevelopment projects, SRA projects, paper notices, public notices, notices to tenant society
- Handling SRA cases and procedure with senior counselors
- Litigation management, appearing before the Judicial and Quasi Judicial Authority, briefing of Council, Advocates & Solicitors
- Legal correspondences, day to day legal support to other department of the company
- Ensure the smooth functioning of Projects and to resolve the legal issues
- Keep records of all the cases not limited to tracking of court cases & agreements, legal compliance, checklist etc.
- Preparing written statements, affadavits, written agreements for cases
- Handling the course from society formation to handing over of each project
- Maintain the procedure of cases U/S 138 matters
