involves Preparation of Information Memorandums during the Insolvency
Resolution Process, Finalization of liquidation value, Preparation of Asset
Memorandums in Liquidation and fulfilling other compliances as per the IB Code,
2016;
- Verification of claims submitted by various stakeholders in the light of the relevant laws and regulations, recalculation of their claim amounts and understanding the trail leading to the amount due as on the date of CIRP.
- This is a most talked about career with Authority & Power which is as
good as a Government Official. Graduates, Legal Professionals, Management
students , People working in Bank, Revenue Department and Corporate with
