Job Description
- Requires efficient male Advocates with sound knowledge in Real Estate and Banking Laws in a full service National Law Firm [Chennai Office].
- Experience in undertaking title searches, providing legal opinions, vetting legal documents for banking and NBFC institutions.
- Experience in filing documents with the Sub Registrar Office and other necessary authorities towards the completion of title searches.
- Extremely good fluency in English & Tamil & Hindi. Decent computer knowledge and excellent drafting skills.
