Position Overview
The candidate will be supporting our Legal team with drafting, negotiating and finalizing contracts. Assisting with internal processes relating to contract finalization. He/She will also be responsible to provide ad hoc commercial legal support to Sales e.g. on Trial Agreements, NDAs, Assignments, RFPs, Procurement Questionnaires etc.

Responsibilities
- Support our Legal team with drafting, negotiating and finalizing contracts.
- Assisting with internal processes relating to contract finalization
- Develop and enhance policies and procedures to make internal legal processes more efficient
- Drafting, updating and management of legal forms and templates
- Provide ad hoc commercial legal support to Sales e.g. on Trial Agreements, NDAs, Assignments, RFPs, Procurement Questionnaires etc
- Carry out Legal research on a wide variety of matters
- Participate in special projects, as required
- General Legal administration
- A minimum of 6 To 8 years of experience is required
- Contract organization/review experience is essential
- Co-sec experience is preferable
- Candidate must have an L.L.B degree
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Drafting and negotiating skills
- Must pay very careful attention to detail
- Experience in the financial services industry is helpful
- Ability to work with global teams and local counsels
- Ability to perform under pressure and multi-task
- Must be tech-savvy
