Job Description
Build and drive strong contracts and obligation management process to ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions and manage associated risks. Support contract audits and monitor activities on contract risk and compliance
• Coordinate with global, regional as well as country stakeholders for contract management projects and manage deliverables as assigned. Create strong partnership with internal clients and stakeholders.
• Bring best practices, speed and efficiency to the contracting process by process re-engineering, use of right technology solutions and effective knowledge management.
• Use advance knowledge of drafting and negotiations to develop playbooks and fall-back positions for a wide variety of contracts.
• Develop, revise and standardize contract templates and playbooks.
• Help in designing solutions for contract drafting and negotiations projects.
• Performs quality checks (QC) to ensure team meets agreed quality KPIs.
