Job Description

Experience of litigation dealing with Real Estate matters and Construction companies.
Candidate should be expertise with drafting of Litigation and legal documents, pleadings and able to represent the company to brief senior Counsels / Solicitors etc.
Successfully take forward all the litigation by or against the company to their logical conclusion Legal advisory on all laws including related to Real Estate.
Attend the legal matters in various courts and liaise with external lawyers and counsels.
