Job Description:--
-- Provide L3 security infrastructure operations support including Firewalls, IPS, Proxy, VPN, UTM.
-- New security device setup, existing device upgrade, firewall changes implementation, troubleshooting, support.
-- Incident, change, problem, escalation management related to connectivity issue in the security infrastructure.
-- Min 2+ hands-on experience working with Fortinet firewalls(FortiManager, Fortianalyzer) & Palo Alto Network Firewalls(Panorama).
-- Familiar with packet capture
-- Current job’s day to day job duty should be firewall operations focus.

Note: Candidates need to have Level 3 experience with Firewall Setup and support in enterprise/large corporate environment in current or most recent position.
Working hours: Shift rotation(AMS/ EMEA/ APJ hours)
Location of work: No restriction.
