- 5+ years experience with troubleshooting Linux and/or Windows systems
- Knowledge of code/script, debug and optimization in any of the following languages (Java Spring, Shell, Python, Go, PowerShell, Ruby, Shell)
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, including creating and running queries
- Knowledge of container platforms and workflow
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Chef or Ansible
- Experience with business automation tools (Activiti)
- Experience documenting processes, systems, environments and procedures
- Ability to manage web servers and RESTful web service applications
