Brief description :

LMS Business Administrators (BA) responsibilities include:

• Assigned to specific business units as primary point of contact to provide:
• Recommendations on LMS usage and configuration to meet strategic business/training needs to effectively set up the course(s), assignment vehicles, and reporting on the required or recommended course(s), process guidance
• Obtain and document training requirements of requesters as needed
• Execute tasks using excellent written/verbal communication and customer service skills
• Submit Client Inquiry LARS forms with appropriate information to capture time spent on client communications (emails, meetings) or special projects (ex. Testing of LARS upgrade)
• Create, modify, retire, assign audiences and custom notification templates
• Perform administrative work within PPLS including create/modify/retire domains, manage administrative accesses, merge user accounts, add/modify/retire courses , job roles, audiences, and assignments
• Run audit reports in P2L to support help desk ticket resolution or other issues
• May perform TA and/or QC tasks within P2L
• May be asked to participate in UAT testing for LMS or LARS upgrades or enhancements
• Train and mentor new and existing TAs
• Assist all TAs with process or help desk resolution issues as required
• Coordinate larger project requests received including estimating effort, assigning TAs, and interacting with requester to ensure timely completion of project to due date
• Define and manage corrective action plans for TAs as appropriate
• Assign requests to TAs and QC during IST business hours
• Ensure timely completion of Discrepancy Resolution LARS forms by TAs
• Attend monthly TA/BA Forum and CLASS BA meeting hosted by Pfizer
• Update training material or business playbooks as required
• Other tasks as requested
