Loan Manager

Mumbai, Maharashtra | Full Time

Job Description :

Travel from Rupeek location to customer's home or office for the loan process
Introduce and explain Rupeek policies and process to the customer, answer any questions or concerns from the customer
Complete the KYC process as per Bank requirements
Appraise the gold ornaments accurately using touchstone, acid and salt water
Handle gold ornaments carefully
Pack the ornaments in secure storage pouches
Communicate the eligible loan amount to the customer
Execute the pledge card/loan agreement with the customer
Ensure customer has received the loan amount transferred
Return to Rupeek location and handover the secure storage pouches and loan documents for storage

Qualifications & Skills :

Experience of at least 2 years in gold appraisal in a Gold Loan NBFC like Muthoot Finance, Manappuram, Muthoot Fincorp, IIFL, FedFina, etc
Good communication skill in Marathi along with basic English
Highest standards of integrity
Familiarity of city and locations
