Job Description
1. Design specifications with the person in charge
2. Work on comparative studies of the different providers
3. Negotiate with the providers
4. Structure the tender process if there is one
5. Prepare orders
6. Follow-up on orders and providers' performances
7. Maintain accurate logs of all transportation and goods
8. Ensure that internal teams recommend the most advantageous transportation modes, routing, equipment, or frequency
9. Establish specific supply chain-based performance measurement systems
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 11th Mar'21 and 15th Apr'21
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Bangalore and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
1. Should have own bike and laptop - mandatory
2. Advanced communication skills (English and Hindi)
3. Intermediate knowledge of supply chain management operations + MS Office (mainly Excel)
Office - 60%, on-field - 30%. Traveling conveyance (for official purposes) will be paid additionally. Internship, as well as stipend, can be extended up to 6 months (performance-based), full-time job opportunity - performance-based between 3-6 months. Internship type - full-time, office-based, 11 AM - 8 PM.
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
