Job Description
Applications are invited on plain paper from eligible candidates latest by within 15 days of the date of advertisement for the positions given below under the ICMR Ad-hoc funded research project, Government of India research project entitled "Evaluation of autophagic and epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT) biomarkers for their clinical impact in patients with urothelial bladder cancer" at Department of Biochemistry, University of Lucknow, Lucknow.
i. The engagement will be made purely temporary basis for the duration of the project.
ii. Contract may be extended on the yearly basis or till the project is completed, whichever is earlier, subject to performance evaluation by the Principal Investigator.
iii. The engagement can be terminated at any given time without notice or without assigning any reason thereof.
iv. The person engaged shall not be entitled for any claim implicit or explicit for absorption in the University.
1. Name of the Position: (i) Project Technician III
2. Number of Position: One(temporary)
3. Salary:Rs 18,000/ (fixed)- corresponding to PB-I (Rs 5200-20,200), Grade Pay Rs 2800
4. Duration:2 years (coterminous with the project)
5. Essential Qualification: 12th pass with science subject and two years diploma in Medical Laboratory. Technician with two years field or laboratory experience. BSc degree shall be treated as three years experience.
6. Desirable: Data analysis with experience in operating computer
Age Limit:
Maximum Age Limit: 30 Years or below. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC and women candidates will be extended as per ICMR rules.
