Job Description
Applications are invited for the following temporary positions under the project entitled "Strengthen child protection system to enhance adolesce tempowerment and to prevention of child marriage in the state of Uttar Pradesh" funded by the UNCEF.
1. Post Name: Training and Capacity Building Officer
2. Emoluments: (Rs. /month): 95,000 / month
3. Tenure: Up to 31st December 2021
4. Qualification and Experience:
i. Post-graduate degree in relevant field (such as Social Work / Family and Child Welfare / Human Development / Development Studies Rural Development / Rural Management / Law / Social Sciences).
ii. At least seven years relevant demonstrated experiences in planning, designing, management, implementation, monitoring and supervision of child protection programme including CP system strengthening, improving institutional care, alternative care, case management, gate keeping, community awareness, ending violence against children and women, training, and capacity building of related functionaries.
iii. Good understanding of child protection related national laws and international instruments, guidelines and standards, legislations and flagship programmes/schemes including Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, POCSO Act
iv. Previous working experience with government department / home / Police will have added advantage.
