Position available:Tele Sales Associates.
Job Role:Candidates need to attend calls of the customer to troubleshoot issues on windows and mac computer related to software issues like pop calls/error codes and and marlware issues and solve the issuesby pitching an amount and make sales.
Candidate profile required:Candidates should know how to talk in English.Candidates should know how their own close calls.Candidates needs to have good experience in Inbound tech support or outbound tech support. Candidates should be flexible.
