Position Reports to: Production Manager

Purpose of the position: To operate the spice production machine

Key Performance Indicators & Key Result Areas:
1. Operates production line machinery 2. Detects and reports defective material or questionable conditions to the production manager. 3. Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed food safety norms. 4. Managing the 4 to 5 workers for achieving shift target. 5. Troubleshooting the machinery with the help of maintenance team. 6. Must be familiar with the basic machine functions to perform the tasks stated above.

Maintains the equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed food safety norms. 4. Troubleshooting the machinery with the help of production team. 5. Must be familiar with the basic machine functions to perform the tasks stated above.
