Job Description
Responsibilities
- Working on overall infrastructure planning and execution of setting up infrastructure, this will also include identifying whether we should be moving with AWS, GCloud etc.
- Working with the rest of the management to build a development team around this person.
- In the beginning, this person will be working hands on while making upgrades to Magento to suit business requirements in the long run this role will become a project management and engineering lead role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- 2-5 years Experience with PHP, Zend, HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL, GIT and, Infrastructure Design and Management
- Understanding of Horizontally Scalable Web Infrastructure
- Able to manage a development team in a remote location
- Self Mover
- Strong grasp of Magento 2 development
- Expertise in Object-Oriented Design, Database Design, and XML Schema
- Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Li-Ning Company Limited is a sportswear company that makes athletic shoes and sporting goods. The company endorses a number of top athletes and teams, around the world. This role will be based out of Li-Ning Studio HQ in JP Nagar, or Sunlight Sports HQ in KR Puram.
Li-Ning Sunlight Sports is in the process of setting up our online retail experience across India, Singapore, Indonesia, and other countries. We are in the process of building out our team to do so. This role will be a management and a hands-on role, which will require the person to be working and managing teams on various products to improve backend order processing or improve frontend UX. Most of the development team will be based remotely out of India and Indonesia, hence this role requires strong management skills to be able to own product design and development from start to finish.
This role is a senior management role in the long term. The salary range to expect in the beginning is in the range of 60,000 - 1,00,000 INR/month. Although this will grow as we start setting up in various markets and work-load increases.
