Project Associate/Executive Assistant  job recruitment in Mahatma Gandhi State Institute of  Public Administration on Purely temporary project based contractual post

Project Entitled :Implementation of Manpower Study Report of IKGPTUI

Place of work : Jalandhar / Chandigarh as per the requirement of the Project

Qualification:  Masters Degree with at least 55% marks in any of the Social Sciences/ Management / Commerce discipline. Candidate having M.Phil/Ph.D. from reputed University will be preferred.

Desirable

i.The candidate with research experience/NET/SET will be preferred. ii. Proficiency in M.S. Office (Excel, Power Point and Word) iii. Strong communication skills (written and oral) to effectively correspond with a diverse audience. This would require Proficiency in English + Punjabi. iv. Effectively coordinate assessment, monitoring and evaluation processes. v. Knowledge of basic statistical concepts and the ability to deal with large data sets with the help of statistical packages such as SPSS.

Executive Assistant

Place of work : Jalandhar / Chandigarh as per the requirement of the Project

Qualification Essentials :Graduation with at least 50% in any Discipline from Recognized University

Desirable : i.The candidate with research experience will be preferred. ii. Proficiency in M.S. Office (Excel, Power Point and Word) etc. iii. Strong communication skills (written and oral) to effectively correspond with a diverse audience. This would require Proficiency in English + Punjabi. iv. Knowledge of basic statistical concepts and the ability to deal with large data sets with the help of analysis packages such as SP55. v. Minimum typing speed on computer: English - 30 words per minute and Punjabi - 30 words per minute.

Nature of post : Purely temporary project based contractual post through MGSIPA's manpower service providing agency

Duration : For a period of one year or Completion of Project, whichever is earlier
