About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handling operational activities of compliances
2. Managing compliances using the software
3. Extensively using Excel to update and manage compliances
4. Reviewing the compliance documents submitted by the clients and uploading the documents in the system
5. Handling customer interactions and follow-ups for the compliance document submissions
6. Promptly reverting to the emails and calls of the customers and increasing customer satisfaction
7. Following procedures and guidelines for reviewing compliance documents, uploading documents, and follow-ups
8. Working on any other tasks as may be assigned
