Job Description

We are looking for Management Associates / MBA trainees for an NRI investor from the U.S.Sir is an American Citizen with investments in 3 different countries. Candidates who are connected to investors’ vision and are excited to be part of the InvestmentGrowth Operations (IGO) team.

The role requires immense patience and a friendly personality who can adapt to fast-paced and challenging work culture.

Their responsibilities include:

1. Champion: Be the pillar of support for day-to-day investment operations – for the newly forming investment operations team

2. Investor support: Support an investor as a partner in gathering data, connecting to business partnerships, acquiring resources, and co-ordinate with offsite team/consultants – basically do basic work of sir so that sir can focus on high-end work

3. Experimentation: Sir’s work involves experimentation(testing) the investment strategies so the role requires dedication and discipline in seeing through the experimentation and the outcomes of this business experiments

4. Multi-tasking: Schedule business meetings; Business Development efforts and support the executive Assistant or Project Assistant

Compensation: Attractive, based on market/competitive rates. There will be a quarterly/annual performance bonus interview process

 Two trial sessions – a test run of real work

 Attending an outside meeting or company work within the city (where other companies or people will be there) – that is 2-3 hours. This helps to understand the compatibility and suitability for the role team and workplace

 We are not an IT/BPO firm with thousands of employees. We are part of the InvestmentGrowth Operations Team (IGO), a super small team that supports an NRI investor to manage, grow and make new investments

 Initially we will be operating out of a residential environment owned by sir in the heart of the city with great access to public transportation and one of the safest places in the city
