Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Coordinating & executing pre-program related activities like sourcing of startups, plan & managing the program launch, outreach, applications, etc.
2. Coordinating the planning & execution of events such as startup orientation program, review meetings, mock pitch sessions, mentors onboarding, etc.
3. Tracking of incubatees progress on a daily, weekly & monthly basis
4. Managing relationships & coordination with mentors, investors & partners
5. Managing relationships with sponsors to create compelling offers for startup companies.
6. Recruiting & managing summer/winter student interns to work for startup companies and help with programmatic elements
7. Soliciting & responding to feedback regarding various aspects of the program administration
8. Managing calendar scheduling for mentors, events, workshops & startup programs
9. Managing & maintaining all office resources to ensure organizational functionality
10. Functioning as primary administrative contact & representative for the incubation program
