This role will offer expertise in a centralized management reportingfunction for Financial Crime Compliance across Private and Investment Bankingdivisions in Credit Suisse and support management in the execution of specificmandates across the client life-cycle. This will role play an integral part inmanagement reporting of key performance and risk indicators inherent to theCompliance organization providing an excellent opportunity to have an overviewacross both Private and Investment banking. The role is within the widerCompliance and Risk team and will coordinate with the regional counterparts providinga platform for engagement with a diverse group of business partners.

Key Responsibilities Governance on Client life-cycle processesEnsure oversight over the specific processes and provide information to management on key risks and action required Participate and manage alignment initiatives with Global teams on compliance initiated account closures Monitor compliance initiated account closures to ensure timely completion and acquire management approvals if otherwise Reporting and Business ManagementPreparation of key management reports providing insight on performance and risks metrics across private and investment banking for Asia Pacific region Coordination with compliance teams on sourcing of information and identifying trends Seek to ensure reporting processes are streamlined and identification of automation opportunities to provide further efficiencies across management reporting Preparation and coordination of management review documents for regional business partners Play a key role in supporting business managementactivities and the execution of key priorities and deliverables

Experience and QualificationsBachelor of Business / Economics / Finance/ / Accounting /Law and related academic qualification At least 3 years of relevant experience in management reporting and business management preferably within Private/Investment Banking Experience with data analytics/visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau and proficient in VBA Basic AML/KYC understanding will also be useful for this role Skills and CompetenciesOutstanding analytical problem solving capabilities and solution oriented Ability to assimilate information from various sources and provide coherent reports and information Proficient in advanced Excel and PowerPoint Proficient in data analytics and VBA Ability to handle pressure and prioritize multiple tasks meeting tight deadlines Ability to streamline existing processes to provide efficiencies Strong collaborator and ability to engage with diverse partners Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills Proactive and self-motivated Credit Suisse is an equal opportunity employer.
